• The raw product looks very finely minced. Lots of herbs. Highly processed.
• The cooked product is not natural looking. Herbs evident in sight and smell. Well seasoned. While it looks unpleasant it tastes quite nice. Would be good as a breakie burger with an egg.
• Cooked the texture was crumbly and flavour was unbalanced.
